Ishikawa Judo Club at the Nikkei Matsuri Festival
Ishikawa Judo Club members took the stage at the Nikkei Matsuri Festival this weekend for a judo demonstration in front of a full crowd. Everyone did a great job. They showed off their throws and technique and gave the audience a real look at what the club does.
There was some nervous energy backstage before the demo started. That’s normal with that many people watching. But once the curtains opened, the nerves were gone and the performers just got on with it.
A big thank you to the coaches who worked with the performers and got them ready for this. It showed.
