Technical Judo - ages 14+ (requires Sensei approval to join this class)

There will be an increased focus on randori (sparring), utilizing judo skills against actively resisting opponents. This emphasis on practical application contributes to the development of high-level fitness and effective self-defense capabilities. While encouragement and preparatory opportunities for competition are provided for teens, it's important to note that participation in competitions is not mandatory. The goal is to create an environment that fosters skill refinement, physical fitness, and self-defense proficiency, allowing individuals to progress at their own pace.

For Adults, focus is on fundamental movement skills, physical literacy, and self-defense. We encourage participation in judo—whether recreational or competitive—based on individual comfort levels.
